There were times in my life when I wasn’t at my best, and my mom—who knew me so well—would gently say, "Lisa, you’ve lost your spark." Her words often inspired me to seek support, reminding me how powerful it is to have the right guidance during challenging times. Though she’s no longer here, her wisdom continues to fuel my passion for helping others reclaim their joy and confidence.

Finding your spark starts with seeing yourself from a new perspective. By reflecting on your past experiences—whether from childhood, past and current relationships, or life transitions—you can gain clarity, shift old narratives, and embrace new possibilities. And along the way, every step forward—whether it’s setting a boundary or speaking up for yourself—deserves to be celebrated. True transformation happens one small victory at a time.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes, which costs $225.
